    Lovely photo, this does look like somewhere else! What kind of things to they eat in Nepal? Do they cycle? So many questions xxxxx

      Rice and pulses with vegetables are the staple foods but you can buy anything you want in the myriad of restaurants in Kathmandu. In the mountains trekking though it’s a lot more basic. Cycling is common in Kathmandu but on the main roads quite dangerous as drivers of cars and motor bikes have no respect or road sense. Cycling off-road is a great way to get out around the Kathmandu Valley though, plenty to hire and guides too.
